Purposes
We process details to fulfil orders and messages and to run the mail-order shop. This demo checkout stores no card data and charges nothing.
Legal bases
Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (order, enquiry), Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (secure operation, a small visit count) and Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR where retention duties apply.
Website
On a visit we store time, page, an external referrer and a hash of the IP address. There is no advertising profile. The language choice sits in a cookie named rillelang.
Orders
Name, email, phone and delivery address are used only to fulfil the order. Stock drops when the order is placed and returns if the order is cancelled in the admin.
Messages and notes
Forms land in the admin. A note about a record appears only after it is approved.
Retention
Orders stay as long as retention requires. Enquiries and rejected notes can be deleted in the admin. Visits expire after the period set in the system.
Rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, where the law provides them. Complaints go to the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
